REPORT: Aaron and Jane (mom/manager) were on alot on "Teen Idols" on CBS-TV "48 Hours" on Wed 5/1! This was a good promotion for Aaron as a rising superstar - There were lots of stage scenes and backstage scenes from the winter concert - on the bus - boating - riding an ATV on the 20-acre family compound in the Florida Keys. Katie (selected earlier this year as super-fan) and friend Eileen got the surprise thrill of meeting Aaron! Also younger AC gigs! - It was a great AC documentary!

Thanks for all the hard work by everyone putting on the show! There is one problem that you may not realize - you may not be aware that the song "Imagine" is considered very controversial - "Imagine" has a pretty melody, but the lyrics are about imagining that there is no God - and that's an idea that I don't think you intend to send. You might want to investigate the lyrics and, if you agree, consider switching the piano solo to an equally pretty song. Thanks again for a great concert and we your fans and friends all support you!

For those who have been asking, the game report at the Buccaneer website seems to confirm that Nick did sing the "National Anthem" for the Bucs vs Eagles NFL game Sun 1/6 at Tampa Stadium - way to go Nick! Unfortunately the TV did not show it (they usually don't show the anthem).
Nick Carter, brother of pop-star Aaron Carter, was present but not a participant at a scuffle/fight in the nightclub Pop City in Tampa FL on Tue night (at 3:20am Wed morn). When police instructed him to leave and after he allegedly objected and then "moved too slow", he was arrested, detained and then released for misdemeanor failure to follow a police officer's orders. REPORT: From Disney World in Orlando FL, "2001 Walt Disney World Very Merry Christmas Parade" on ABC-TV from 10am-12pmET (pre-recorded) - Aaron sang two songs from a raised stage in front of the Disney World Castle - in the beginning he sang "Leave It Up To Me" (during it he did a one-handed flip) - near the end of the 2nd hour he sang "Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree" dancing with 6 beauties in Santa suits - the show was hosted by Regis & Kelly - other performances were by Charlotte Church and Mandy Moore!

Aaron will be the voice of Benjamin Franklin's apprentice in the PBS TV animated series, "Liberty Kids"! - airs 5 days a week for 2 years - starting in the fall of 2002. AC also does the theme song.
